**SHIPPING INFORMATION
Each item will be shipped to you directly from the manufacture and each manufacturer determines the carrier of their choice.
Please be aware that Multiple purchases could be shipped at different times and in different boxes. Below is a guide to shipping times from our manufactures.
Anatex (3-4 days) 99% UPS Ground
Charlies Wood Toys ( 2-3 days or as much as 1-2 weeks, depending on your Zone) via UPS Ground, Lighter Items may ship USPS Priority Mail
The Original Toy Store( 3-4 days) via UPS
Guidecraft ( 3-5 Days) via UPS or Common Carrier
Holgate (2-4 days) via FedX Home Delivery or Business FedX Ground
Kid Kraft ( 5 - 10 days) via UPS
Maxim Enterprise ( 3-4 days) via FedX or UPS
Warehouse 36 ( 2-6 days ) via FedX or UPS
Items are shipped to you by FedEx, UPS, Common Carrier or the Post Office. Large items can not be shipped by Expedited mail. If you need faster than ground service please email us first at : support@learningischildsplay.com .
All orders will be shipped between 3-10 business days (Holidays will vary) upon receipt of order and will depend on each supplier. Shipping costs are automatically calculated by weight and distance through our shipping software. Please make sure that all addresses and information are correct before submitting an order. In the event of an error please notify immediately at: support@learningischildsplay.com
Currently only we ship to the 48 contiguous United States with actual physical addresses. At this time we are unable to ship to a post office number. Alaska and Hawaii orders will have higher shipping fees.
To check shipping charges for other items, you may go through the checkout process without pushing the final submit button in case you wish to change your mind.
RETURN POLICY:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Learning Is Child's Play. Prior to making any purchases we suggest that you ask any questions you might have regarding your order or the item you are interested in. Within 30 days, in the event that you are dissatisfied with the product purchased, you may return it to us for a refund (less shipping & handling fees and a 30% manufacturer restocking fee). If your product was discovered to be damaged and/ or defective, please follow the manufacturer's return & replacement policy instructions. If the product(s) is/are damaged during freight, you should NOT accept it and report the damage to the freight courier for proper returns.
All returns must be in original packaging and include all originally packaged items. Before returns will be accepted, You Must email us for a Return Authorization code Number . NO returns can be accepted without this number.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
BACKORDER:
In the event that the item you order is out-of-stock , and we can not get the items from the manufacturers we will notify you right away via e-mail and or phone , at which point we'll let you know how long it will be before we can ship your item's. If there are multiple items on your order we will ship the items that are in stock right away. We will then ship any items that are on back order once they come in. You will not be charged any extra amount for shipping. If you do not want your order to be partical shipped please let us know.
All back ordered items will remain on back order unless we are instructed by you to cancel that item.
We will keep in constant communication with you in order to keep you up to speed on the current status of your orders!
TRANSIT DAMAGES :
LearningIsChildsPlay.com does not cover any physical damage that your product may incur in transit. The receiver is responsible to place the claim with UPS/FedEx/ and Learningischildsplay.com within (7) calendar days of receipt to report transit damage. Damage claims are the responsibility of the consignee. The shipping cartons, packing and content should be retained in the same condition as received. LearningIsChildsPlay.com is not responsible for any claims that are reported after the (7) calendar day period.
